Clare Richmond | Founder

Liberating Leader Advising on Leadership, Change Initiatives & Community

Clare Richmond began life in Media Marketing before founding a groundbreaking grassroots regeneration initiative which led to her innovative work in communities, an MA in Leadership, and her book The Scavenger Mindset. Clare’s unique leadership perspective led her to develop the Liberating Leaders Programme to offer leaders practical support leading in complex situations, with a focus on leveraging existing resource. She is a qualified Coach in Behavioural Change and Award-Winning Speaker.

Sonya Madden

Liberating Leader Advising on Global business and the Corporate world

Sonya is an expert in Venture and Entrepreneurialism, has advised Boards, Investors and Key-Stakeholders of Fortune-500 companies plus start-ups around the world.  She started life as an Investment Banker before turning to Venture and has Founded and led global businesses. She has featured in media from the ‘Wall St. Journal’ to ‘Vogue’ and the book,  Ladies who Launch – How 12 Women started Million Dollar Businesses

Kate Macdonald

Liberating Leader Advising on Public and Voluntary sector

Kate’s career has encompassed Public Sector leadership roles in Probation and Local Government in Greater Manchester. She was also a founder member of End Youth Homelessness whilst CEO of a youth homelessness charity. Kate was Independent Review Author (Kerslake Report into Manchester Arena Attack). Voluntary experience includes various Board and trustee roles at local and national level.

Neal Lawson

Liberating Leader Advising on Politics, Movements & Organisational development

Neal has spent years leading political movements and ideas, working with and for the most senior politicians at a global, national and local level.  He is an Executive Director of the Good Society pressure group Compass, and curates a Responsible Tax programme for his consultancy Jericho Chambers. He writes for ‘The Guardian’ and the ‘New Statesmen’ and is an Author of All Consuming.
